Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Adresses
prbyhollyk.com ships to addresses within the continental U.S., and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs Duties and Taxes
prbyhollyk.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
prbyhollyk.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Discreet Shipping
Orders from prbyhollyk.com are shipped in discreet flat rate USPS packaging with no mention of the brand or products inside.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Returns
Due to the intimate nature of the Pure Romance product line, returning a product is not possible. However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product within 30 days of your invoice date to receive a duplicate item. Sorry, no merchandise credit can be issued.
Exchanging a Defective Item
Email us at sunshynangel87@gmail.com to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write your RMA number on the product’s original packaging. (Sorry, returns cannot be accepted without an RMA number prominently displayed on the exterior of the packaging containing the defective item. Packages without an RMA number will be returned to sender.) Package the product and all batteries and accessories that came with your product. Be sure to include a copy of your original invoice and circle the listing of the product that is defective.
